We ask you to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 business days of receiving an item, regarding all returns/exchanges prior to shipping with your order details (Order #, Name and the items you want to return/exchange).
Please note, our customised items are not subject to refund/exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 business days of its arrival for store credit, exchange for another item of equal or greater value, or refund.
Item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please mail item back via a traceable carrier with the appropriate padding. We will need a tracking number to ensure product was sent for delivery back to our studio.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the costs of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as items with initials engraved/stamped on them, custom chain sizes, etc.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, only exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal Account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that card refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your statement due to varying processing times between card issuers. We are not responsible for shipping charges on returns. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
